REFUNDS/EXCHANGES



At this time all sales are final due to the nature of the service provided. We make sure that the description of our wig units are very detailed. We provide accurate wig & hair specifications. Photos you see of our wig units are the exact wig you will receive. We have personally taken each photo of our wig unit so you can see up close & personal what you will receive once you order one of our wig units. We include photos of all angles and inside of our wig units. Please make sure to read the description and view our photos. 


Refunds will not be given to any client that fails to provide us accurate head measurements for their custom wig unit. Amour Wigs create custom wig units based on the head measurements provided by our clients. We take our client’s head measurements and create a custom wig unit specifically for each client’s head size. If a client is not sure how to take their head measurements, please refer to our step by step instructional video. Direct link to video is located on our “How To Take Your Head Measurement” page on our website. 


There are certain products on our website that require clients to take additional steps in order for their order to be processed/completed. “Send us your hairs | Custom wig making services” product require clients to ship their hairs to us to create their custom wig unit. If a client fails to send us their hairs & request a refund after 5 days will not be honored. The client will need to send us their hairs or request us to create a custom wig unit using our hair (Amour Luxury Hair Collection). Additional charges may apply. 


Our online classes require clients to use an encrypted password to gain access to our classes. All information regarding how to access our classes is sent via email once a client register. Once this email is sent to the client, no refunds will valid. Refunds will not be honored if a client fails to access the class within the time frame they are suppose to. The client will need to contact us and request access to the class again. Students are able to sign up for online classes if the class is not open yet. Registering will guarantee their seat in the class. Refunds will not be honored if a student fails to contact us within 5 days of their cancellation of attending the class once they register for an upcoming class.

CUSTOM WIGS

-Refunds are not given to any client based on the nature of the service provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Adjustments/Changes can be made that are a result of our error, which can include receiving an incorrect or defective wig.  We also offer an alteration/adjustment service for clients for additional fee of $100.00. This service is for clients with wig units that have lost its elasticity over time only. EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY!!! 

ALTERATION SERVICES

If a client want changes made to their wig unit such as color or closure/frontal piece they need to send us back their wig unit within 5 days of delivery in order to benefit from this service. Client needs to contact us and provide detailed information on what changes they want completed. 

HAIR EXTENSIONS/CLOSURES/FRONTALS

-ALL SALES ARE FINAL

-Exchanges can be made due to an error on our end. For example: incorrect length, texture, or product. This is only if it is not an item or product a client ordered or specified. 

-In order for the exchange to be valid:

-client must notify us via email within 48 hours after receiving items

-the hair extensions/closure/frontal must not be altered in any way such as washed, shampooed, conditioned, colored, dyed, deep conditioned, cut, or styled.

If we accept your exchange due to our error, client needs to ship back what was received by them in its original packaging within 5 days for exchange to be honored by us. NO alterations to product will be accepted. We recommend you include insurance on your package. 

Please make sure you provide us your order # and reason for exchange.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE DUE TO A CLIENT'S ERROR OR LACK OF CARE FOR THEIR ITEMS.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION SECTION FOR OUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE ALWAYS WELCOME CLIENTS TO CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS THEY MAY HAVE ABOUT OUR COMPANY OR PRODUCTS. 

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLIENT THAT FAILS TO ASK QUESTIONS, INQUIRE ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS/PROMOTIONS, OR READ OUR PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION. 

WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT THAT IS RUDE OR DIFFICULT.
